The World Head Quarters of Thermo Fisher Scientific in Waltham, MA is an eight story headquarters building housing four floors of office space built atop four floors of interior parking. Geis Companies assisted in evaluating options for the HQ and worked with the Thermo Fisher Real Estate professionals to secure a special permit/property swap with Boston Properties, plan, program, build and manage TI design resources, and finally complete the interior design, and manage furniture procurement. The Class A office space includes a 425 car parking structure, outdoor patio, walking path from the patio, fitness center, learning center, kitchen and dining facility, C-suites. Additional amenities in the 292,000 square foot building include a state of the art kitchen, fitness room, training center and roof top patio.
