Lifebanc

The Lifebanc organization serves Ohio’s Northeast Region as an Organ Procurement Organization. The existing building was home to their staff offices. The 20,500 SF addition provides a centralized facility for the recovery of donated organs and tissues. There are three (3) operating rooms and associated spaces for this process, as well as space for mechanical and ventilator support of donor waiting procedures. The OPO addition features a load-bearing ICF perimeter wall clad in brick with seamless integration to the existing office building.
