This 5-story, 35 unit apartment building was designed to share amenity spaces with the adjacent 10 story apartment building. This project was able to provide new downtown living accommodations on a fast tracked timeline. The complex includes 31 units, three of which are walkups, a fitness room, a community center, a business center, a lounge area, a dog park, a spray pad with sun deck and a bocce court.
