This project consisted of 176,000 square feet of new warehouse with 8,500 square feet of accessory office space, and a 27,000 square feet equipment mezzanine. A 17,500 square feet refrigerator/controlled ambient room, 14,500 square feet of H3 flammable liquids and oxidizer rooms, and a 7,200 square feet H4 corrosives vault complete this state-of-the-art distribution facility in Tracy, California.
