Thermo Fisher

The Rockford project is the fourth project partnering the Geis Companies with Thermo Fisher Scientific. It was a three-story addition to an existing manufacturing facility. Floors one and two were mainly office functions, with floor three encompassing clean room quality lab space. Existing operations could not be interrupted for any significant amount of time during construction. The project budget was not to be exceeded, and the construction schedule was five and a half months, 450 miles away from our home base of operations.
